About Me

Hi - I'm Issy! I'm a freelance MUA, working in commercial, Film & TV as well as Bridal, all over the country.

 I realised I loved  makeup after working backstage at my school plays, applying makeup to all the actors and loving the atmosphere. This led me to study makeup, gaining a Certificate of Higher Education at Delamar Academy, where I was trained in hair, fashion and TV & Film makeup. After my graduate exhibition, I stayed in London and worked for MAC Cosmetics for a year, putting into practice all the training I had been given. After a short break away from makeup to travel & live abroad, I became a finalist and then a runner up in the worldwide Peter Swords King Scholarship Competition, held with the Bath Academy of Media Makeup in the summer of 2020. Since then, I have pursued working in Film & TV as a makeup junior.
